SMS pay

With SMS Pay, we’ll send you a reminder a few days before your bill is due. Simply reply with ‘Pay’ to have the payment automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card.

Your bills will continue to be delivered as usual, and they’re typically generated before the payment is due, giving you ample time to review the bill before receiving the SMS. Here’s what to expect with SMS Pay:

  1. Set up SMS Pay in My Account. Make sure you’ve added a valid payment method (bank account or credit card) and provided a valid mobile number.

  2. Once set up, you’ll receive a welcome SMS from us. All future messages related to SMS Pay will come from the same mobile number.

  3. After making a payment, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging your ‘Pay’ authorization.

  4. Payments will be listed on your invoices and will also appear in My Account. No receipts will be sent.
